About Wen
Born and raised in Hong Kong, now based in Northwest London, I am a UK trained Osteopath & Naturopath with a background in psychology and decades of contemplative practice experience.

My work and studies took me around the world, from Hong Kong to Nepal, the Canadian West Coast, Beijing, Tibet, Tenerife, St Petersburg and Tuscany. Along my journey, I have had the fortune to meet many great masters who shared with me their profound knowledge of the nature of body, motion and mind.

The pandemic was a turning point: the shared loss of vitality, connectedness and optimism gave me the impetus to pursue a practice that combines traditional and current knowledge to offer a truly person-centred care for each individual. Around the same time, I met Nicola, an osteopath from Italy, who resolved my long term calf and low back issues. This encounter gave me the final direction I needed to realise my purpose.

In the ensuing years, I fully dedicated my life to training at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine under the guidance of many masters of the discipline, such as Mr. David Lintonbon, and the companionship of my colleagues, to whom I am forever grateful.

My treatment approach is rooted in traditional osteopathy, breathwork and contemplative practices. I focus on the root causes of structural and functional imbalances, utilising our nervous system’s inherent capacity to restore harmony and addressing each person’s unique needs.
