Osteopathy begins with you.
Osteopaths investigate, diagnose, treat and prevent structural dysfunctions that interfere with your health. The cause of these dysfunctions often lies elsewhere in your systems, manifesting symptoms through the interdependence of predisposing and maintaining factors.

TREATMENTS

  • Osteopathy
During your first osteopathy consultation, I will listen to your concerns, review your medical history, and perform specific tests to identify the underlying causes of your symptoms.

After we will create a personalised plan together that includes hands-on treatment, lifestyle and diet advice, and follow-up sessions to monitor posture, movement, breathing, stress levels, progress, and,
if needed, arrange further tests or referrals.

  • Restorative Home Massages
Each session combines gentle, mindful touch with the restorative principles of osteopathic care to release tension, calm the body, and support natural recovery.
  • Eight Movements of Yantra Yoga
The Eight Movement for Purifying the Prana is considered a preliminary practice of Yantra Yoga. It helps to prepare the body to breathe in a more effective way, coordinating inhalation and exhalation, as well as holding the breath. In doing so, the prana, the vital energy that bridges the body and the mind, is purified.
