Treatments
Osteopathy

Osteopathy begins with you.

Osteopaths investigate, diagnose, treat and prevent structural dysfunctions that interfere with your health. The cause of these dysfunctions often lies elsewhere in your systems, manifesting symptoms through the interdependence of predisposing and maintaining factors.
During our initial osteopathy consultation, I will listen to your health concerns, conduct a comprehensive study of your case history, and guide you through specific tests to discover the underlying causes of your condition with you. Once we understand if osteopathy is appropriate for you, we will design a treatment plan together according to your needs, which will include hands-on treatment, lifestyle and diet advice, as well as follow-up sessions to assess your posture, movement, breathing pattern, stress level, progress, and in some cases, the need for further tests/referrals to other healthcare professionals.
Through Osteopathy, your wellness can be supported to prevent further future injury and increase resilience. Together we will navigate through this process of change and healing in life.

Yoga of Breathing
Eight Movements of Yantra Yoga.
Introduced to the West by Dzogchen master Namkhai Norbu, Yantra Yoga has been practiced by thousands of practitioners across the world since the 1970s. It is one of the oldest systems of yoga from Tibet – a land of vast knowledge with a profound tradition of the teachings of Buddha.

It consists of a unique series of positions and movements combined with conscious breathing that together coordinate and harmonize individual energy so that the mind can relax and find true balance.

The Eight Movement for Purifying the Prana is considered a preliminary practice of Yantra Yoga. It helps to prepare the body to breathe in a more effective way, coordinating inhalation and exhalation, as well as holding the breath. In doing so, the prana, the vital energy that bridges the body and the mind, is purified.
